категорія акцій (share²) акціонерного капіталу (share capital) підприємства, яка дає власникові право голосу на загальних зборах акціонерів і право на пропорційну частку прибутків (profit) у формі дивідендів (dividend); ♦ згідно з порядком виплати дивіденду акціонерам (shareholder) власники звичайних акцій одержують гроші після сплати відповідно власникам відстрочених акцій (deferred share) і власникам привілейованих акцій (preference share)
